That's why every step of our delivery and payment process is set up so that only you know what you ordered.

Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in a completely plain brown box.

• No logo
• No text
• No recognisable sender

From the outside there is no way at all to tell what is in the parcel or where it comes from.

This is what your packaging looks like:

Plain shipping label

The shipping label also contains no product information and no recognisable company name.
To couriers and bystanders it is a standard parcel, with no clues about what's inside.

Not having it delivered at home

Would you rather not have anyone at the door? Then choose delivery to a DHL pick-up point at checkout (in the Netherlands only). Your parcel waits for you there for 5 days.

• It costs nothing extra
• At checkout, just enter your own address
• Then choose one of the DHL points near you under the delivery options

At the pick-up point it is also the same plain brown box, with no logo or sender. Do keep in mind that you have to show ID when you collect your parcel, so order in your own name.

Discreet billing on your bank statement

Payment stays discreet too.
Your bank statement shows no company name and no product description.

You only see the neutral abbreviation:

“DP”

That way your purchase stays completely private, even afterwards.
